Second-half goals from Santiago Silva and substitute Augusto Fernandez helped Velez Sarsfield move top of the Clausura with a 2-0 win over San Lorenzo on Wednesday.
It was a delayed match played behind closed doors at Boca Juniors' Bombonera due to fan violence at Velez's Fortin in the original March 20 fixture.
Silva netted with a tidy finish 12 minutes from time before Fernandez finished it off after good work from Ricky Alvarez.
