The sanction means Martino will have to sit in the stands for Sunday's final against Uruguay in Buenos Aires.
Paraguay beat Venezuela 5-3 on penalties before police and security staff had to intervene as players and officials from both teams brawled on the pitch. Martino had already been sent off for remonstrating with the referee.
Both sides were also fined US dollars 10,000 and were warned further punishments would follow if there was a repeat in the future.
