Oar: Kewell comparisons unhelpful
Tommy Oar has revealed how comparisons to a young Harry Kewell didn't help his career.

Oar is currently with the Australia U-20 squad, but has been hailed as a potential big star for Australian football, yet he admits that being compared to Kewell put him under pressure.
"I didn't really believe any of that stuff in the first place, " he said. "People were saying complimentary things and there were a few people likening me to a young Harry Kewell but I never took any of it on board.
"I knew I had a lot more still to learn and wasn't actually the player that people were saying I was. For me, it's always been about making progress.
"I never saw myself as an overnight thing, just bursting on the scene and taking it from there straight to the top. I knew there would be plenty of ups and downs."
Oar currently plays for FC Utrecht in Holland and is Australia's second youngest international after Kewell.
